Gram Power installs smart solar micro-grid in Pali district of Rajasthan

Gram Power has installed its 2nd Smart solar micro-grid in Pali district of Rajasthan with 2 more plants expected in the 1st week of December in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

The remote village in Rajasthan of 350+ people on the eve of Diwali festivities received electricity for the first time. The village saw power after 300 years of existence and the plant was inaugurated by the oldest member of the village – a 95 year old man whose dream of living in an electrified village was fulfilled.

After all these years of existence our fate has finally started shining. Our Diwali will no longer be in darkness.” were his words.

Gram Powers first Smart solar micro-grid was in Tonk District of Rajasthan.
